I am both proud and sad to say that all of the more than 1,000 printed copies of my book have been sold. None remain, and there are no plans for a second printing. I want to thank everyone who bought and enjoyed those copies, and especially those readers who offered so much encouragement to me and so many kind comments and reviews. This has meant the world to me. My book was one of a kind: an entirely self-written, self-edited, self-published, and self-distributed work of 600 pages with 340 color photographs. I learned in the process that no one but a crazy guy — or a very stubbornly committed person, like me — takes on a project like this. But i am glad I did, and I thank all of you for joining me in the adventure.

BUT PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN STILL BUY MY BOOK, AND ALWAYS WILL BE ABLE TO BUY IT.
